HOTEL POLICY

AMENITIES

  • Welcome drink upon arrival.
  • Daily breakfast buffet.
  • In‑room tea, coffee, and mineral water.

  • On-site parking.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • One child under 6 years old stays free of charge, sharing a bed with adults.
  • Children from 6 to under 12 years old: an additional charge of VND 350,000 per child per night applies. A second child requires an extra bed.
  • Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and require an extra bed according to LaChateau Hotel policy.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • Check-in time: from 15:00. Check-out time: by 11:00.
  • Early check-in can be arranged and is subject to room availability, with the following surcharges applied:
  • 50% of the room rate for check-in after 06:00
  • 100% of the room rate for check-in before 06:00.
  • Late check-out or extended stay can be arranged and is subject to room availability, with the following surcharges applied:
  • 50% of the room rate for check-out before 18:00
  • 100% of the room rate for check-out after 18:00.
  • Kindly present a valid identification document, such as Citizen ID or Passport, along with valid Visa/Permanent Residence Card at the Front Desk upon check-in.
  • Guests are kindly requested to stay in the registered room. Please ensure that your stay is in accordance with the submitted guest list and room number. Should you wish to change rooms, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Full prepayment is required upon booking confirmation to guarantee the reservation.
  • Guests are responsible for the full value of all confirmed rooms, including service charges and value-added tax (VAT).
  • All transactions are processed in Vietnam Dong (VND).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: Free of charge
  • Cancellations made within 07 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
  • Cancellations made within 03 – 07 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total booking value will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 72 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

HOTEL REGULATIONS

  • Each room is equipped with a safe for storing cash and valuable items. Alternatively, guests may choose to store valuables in the safe at the Front Desk. Please ensure that the door is securely locked before leaving the room or overnight. The Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings or any other property in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, including theft or pilferage.
  • Kindly refrain from hanging any items on the balcony.
  • Please refrain from bringing any of the following items onto the hotel premises:
  1. Animals or birds of any kind.
  2. Unlawful firearms, weapons, hazardous materials, flammable substances, or any items that may pose a risk to the safety of other guests or the property.
  3. Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by Vietnamese law.
  4. Items with strong odors, pungent foods, or those that may cause stains (such as durian, mangosteen, etc.). Guests may request to have them stored in our luggage storage.
  • Guests are kindly requested to verify the condition of the equipment in the room upon check-in.
  • Please refrain from relocating any items to other rooms or areas within the hotel.
  • In the event of any damage or loss (whether intentional or negligent), we kindly request that compensation be made in accordance with the “Compensation Price List”. For items not specified in the “Compensation Price List”, the charge will be based on the market price of a new equivalent product or the cost of repairs (including materials and labor).
  • To ensure the safety and security of our guests, non-registered individuals are not allowed in hotel rooms. Should you have visitors, kindly inform the Front Desk, and we will assist in arranging a designated area for their reception. Please note that you are responsible for your visitors at all times. Visitors are not allowed between 20:00 and 6:00.
  • All rooms are designated as non-smoking areas. If evidence of smoking is found within the hotel, a cleaning fee of VND 10,000,000 will be charged per deodorization.
  • Please refrain from setting off fireworks, cooking, or ironing on hotel premises.
  • We kindly request that you keep the volume moderate when using in-room equipment or devices, and refrain from making noise during quiet hours, from 20:00 to 6:00.
  • Gathering for meals, socializing, or engaging in noisy activities in guest rooms, hallways, or public areas is prohibited to ensure the peace and comfort of other guests.
  • In the interest of security, the hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request departure in the following cases:
  1. Intentional over-occupancy beyond the allowed number of guests.
  2. Acting in a disorderly manner that disturbs the peace of other guests.
  3. Being under the influence of drugs or any other intoxicating substance.
  4. Possession of a contagious disease.
  5. Destroying, damaging, defacing, or threatening harm to hotel property or guests.
  6. Seeking to use the hotel for an unlawful purpose.
  7. Gambling, smuggling, prostitution, or other acts that are contrary to public morals or disruptive to other guests.
  8. Refusing to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by LaChateau Hotel for the operation and management of our hotel.

In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, and in addition to the previously mentioned compensation responsibilities, LaChateau Hotel reserves the right to refuse service and terminate the room rental agreement without refund or compensation.
